I logged in, but I only find the menu points "login" and "how to log in" in the Popup-Menu Support.

This problem appears most of the time, when your Internet explorer is set to not allow Cookies, but this must be allowed to access the Support area of the cadett-Hompage.

Solution:

Allow using Cookies in your internet explorer. this can be done for a single site only.

  • In the Internet Explorer click Internetoptions in the menu Extras.
  • Then click on the register Datenschutz, and finally hit the button Sites.
  • Enter the complete Address of the Website, you would like to use cookies.
    In our case please enter http://www.cadett.com
  • The press the button Allow to allow the Internet Explorer to save Cookies from this Website to your computer.
