The In title field section looks identical to the In drawing sheet section for a reason, namely that all settings in them work in the same way.

 

The In title field section controls the translation of texts and attributes within the main title field block. Translation of everything else is controlled by the In drawing sheet section.

 

Which block that should be interpreted as the main title field block is defined in the project parameters. Please refer to the Drawing manager 1 tab, the Drawing frame/mask section and finally the field Block name for title field. (In the ELSA390E drawing frame, the main title field block is named RITRAM).
